ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:
 
This role sits within the Office of the CEO at The Knot Worldwide and works directly with senior leadership on the company’s most critical strategic priorities. The team partners closely with the CEO, executive leadership, and cross-functional leaders to shape corporate strategy, support investor and board engagement, lead company-wide strategic planning, and drive high-impact initiatives across the organization. This is a highly visible, fast-paced role at the center of decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Develop Board of Director materials, including presentations, strategic narratives, and supporting analyses
  • Lead overall company strategy formulation, execution and updates
  • Lead strategic planning efforts, including priority setting and performance tracking
  • Conduct rigorous strategic analysis to inform executive decision-making
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Data, Technology, Marketing, and Operations to translate strategy into execution
  • Drive AI-related strategic initiatives and change management, including evaluating use cases, organizational impact, and adoption approaches

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:
  • 4-6 years of experience, ideally from a top-tier management consulting firm
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive to insight
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output across all work
  • Outstanding storytelling, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders with varying priorities to drive to shared outcomes
  • Passion for technology, with interest in AI
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with shifting priorities
  • Ability and willingness to work in-office in New York City

WORK MODEL:

This role is Together@TKWW-eligible and based near one of our office hubs. You’ll be expected to work in the office two-four days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
