This position reports to:
Project Operations Manager__
Responsibilities:
Project registration in SAP (SD module)
Modification of SD data based on updated Purchase Orders (PO)
Prepayment invoicing and settlement, SD invoicing in SAP
Creation of credit notes (approval according to LBAT)
Creating requests for new customer creation in SAP (MDG)
CAR 6031 (SOX control) – preparation of monthly reports based on SAP data
Management of Material Master Data in SAP
Preparation of stock and inventory reports from SAP
Requirements:
Communicative level of English (spoken and written)
Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP (SD, Master Data, PS modules)
Knowledge of import/export, tax regulations, and customs procedures will be an additional advantage
Ability to handle challenges and work under time pressure with a focus on problem solving
Good communication skills
