Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Workday Techno-Functional Time Off & Leave Analyst to support the configuration, maintenance, and administration of Workday Time Off and Leave of Absence processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday Time Off, Leave modules and Core HCM, along with a strong understanding of Business Process processes and Advance Reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Time Off and Leave of Absence plans based on business requirements.
- Support leave eligibility rules, accrual calculations, carryover policies, and absence validations.
- Assist in testing Workday enhancements, releases, and configuration changes.
- Monitor and resolve employee and manager issues related to leave requests, balances, and approvals.
- Create and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields related to absence management.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to ensure accurate leave administration and compliance.
- Support data audits, system validations, and troubleshooting activities.
- Document business processes, configuration changes, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in Workday bi-annual release testing and implementation activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Required Skills
- 1+ years of experience supporting Workday Time Off and Leave modules.
- Basic understanding of Workday HCM, Business processes and Security concepts.
- Knowledge of absence management, leave policies, and accrual calculations.
- Experience creating or supporting Workday custom reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot system and process issues.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Workday certification or Workday tenant experience is an added advantage.
- Exposure to integrations, EIBs, and Workday release management is preferred.
- Familiarity with global leave and absence processes.
