Job Description:
We’re looking for an individual contributor with recognized skills in a specialized role in the field of Distribution/Transportation.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
- Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others (Over 3 years to 6 years)
- Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes
- Excellent Verbal Communication
- Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months)
- Ability to builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
What will be your key responsibilities?
- You’ll use data management systems to access specific information as and when required.
- You’ll carry out a range of supplier management activities, either to support others or to fulfill the requirements of the role.
- You’ll deliver required outcomes by coordinating activities of subcontractors and suppliers and acting as a primary point of contact for them while working within an established contract management plan.
- You’ll help manage clients by carrying out standard activities and providing support to others.
- You’ll provide operational support services and sometimes act as first-line supervisor of a transactional operations area. Involves using existing systems and protocols.
- You’ll develop personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities, while also coaching others as required.
