This Position reports to:

Expense Management Lead

At ABB Robotics, you will support the global Travel & Expense (T&E) organization, acting as the main point of contact for EUROPE operations and ensuring service delivery, compliance, project management and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as primary contact for T&E topics in Poland& European Countries
Gather business requirements and deliver reporting, training, and policy solutions
Resolve operational issues and support daily T&E activities
Analyze T&E data and provide performance insights
Ensure compliance with policies and expense audit requirements
Manage escalations across stakeholders and global teams
Monitor SLA/KPI performance and drive improvements
Support implementation of tools and process documentation
Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and Audit teams

Your Background:

6-8 years in Travel and Expense operations and project management
Experience in Shared Services/BPO preferred
Knowledge of T&E tools (e.g., SAP Concur, Travel booking tools, SAP)
Knowledge of Travel, Expense and Corporate Credit Card operations
Fluent in English and Polish language
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Project management experience is mandatory
