- Partner with Engineering and Operations to optimize system health, maintainability, and alignment with long-term architecture
- Execute the re-architecture of our operations applications and platform to align with a migration strategy for ERP, HCM, and EPM systems, ensuring data integrity and zero downtime for critical operations

- Manage end-to-end launches, encompassing everything from QA and testing to rollout and final adoption
- Support the design and execution of UAT scripts to ensure platforms are ready for field and internal teams
- Monitor and drive key performance metrics to improve reliability, scalability, and overall business growth

- High level of technical precision and an understanding that absolute data accuracy is critical during complex system migrations
- Ability to push back on stakeholders when necessary while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships
- Motivated by scale, complexity, and the thrill of solving problems that directly impact the company's valuation and operational efficiency
- Demonstrated experience in a full-stack product environment, designing solutions that seamlessly blend software, hardware, and physical operational processes
- Exceptional focus on data integrity, governance, and transforming raw data into business intelligence and actionable insights for internal and external operators
- A proven systems thinker who excels at navigating high-ambiguity environments and translating complex, cross-functional operational needs into clear product requirements
- Experience leveraging AI tools to transform static workflows into responsive, high-output processes
