What You'll Be Doing
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on RMC plant equipment and components to ensure safe, reliable operation.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and identify potential equipment issues proactively.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize work orders and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Utilize tools, diagnostic systems, and technical documentation to complete repairs accurately.
- Maintain detailed service records while adhering to all safety standards and procedures.
What Are We Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair mobile equipment.
- Capability to interpret technical manuals and use diagnostic tools effectively.
- Strong commitment to safety practices and equipment reliability.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team setting.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

- $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
