Customer Contact Centre in Circle K Business Centre in Riga is growing and looking for a professional who is passionate about people and would like to join our global family as: 

 

Customer Service Representative 
 

TypeofEmployment:Permanent 
Working hours: shift work  from 08:00 to 17:00 
Employment type: full-time, on-site work 
Location:Riga, Latvia  
Visarequirements:AvalidworkpermitfromtheEU/EEA(relocationassistanceisnotprovided) 
 

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

  • Providing professional and courteous support to B2B and B2C customers via phone on daily matters; 

  • Consulting customers and resolving issues via email correspondence (both B2B and B2C segments); 

  • Supporting fuel station employees by helping to promptly resolve current situations; 

  • Collaborating with the sales team  exchanging information and providing timely support via phone and email; 

  • Communicating effectively with internal company departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction; 

  • Entering and processing data in customer service systems. 
     

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

  • Previous experience in customer service (considered an advantage); 

  • Ability to communicate clearly and understandably in Latvian, knowledge of English is an advantage; 

  • Good computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM systems, etc.); 

  • Accuracy, strong sense of responsibility, and customer-oriented mindset; 

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively solve problem situations.
