Customer Contact Centre in Circle K Business Centre in Riga is growing and looking for a professional who is passionate about people and would like to join our global family as:
Customer Service Representative
Type of Employment: Permanent
Working hours: shift work – from 08:00 to 17:00
Employment type: full-time, on-site work
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Providing professional and courteous support to B2B and B2C customers via phone on daily matters;
Consulting customers and resolving issues via email correspondence (both B2B and B2C segments);
Supporting fuel station employees by helping to promptly resolve current situations;
Collaborating with the sales team – exchanging information and providing timely support via phone and email;
Communicating effectively with internal company departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction;
Entering and processing data in customer service systems.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Previous experience in customer service (considered an advantage);
Ability to communicate clearly and understandably in Latvian, knowledge of English is an advantage;
Good computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM systems, etc.);
Accuracy, strong sense of responsibility, and customer-oriented mindset;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively solve problem situations.
