What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely operate equipment and vehicles to support yard and material-handling activities like loading, moving, and stockpiling materials efficiently and accurately
- Support with dispatch coverage and rail loadout when needed
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Assist with inventory control and customer/order support
What We Are Looking For
- Ability to operate or learn to operate mobile equipment safely and effectively
- Commitment to following safety practices and contributing to a strong safety culture
- Capability to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and productivity
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Must be able and willing to fill in at other Southern OH locations as needed.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
