About the role

The Kinaxis Functional Lead serves as the subject matter expert for Kinaxis across planning functions, driving system optimization, user adoption, and business process improvements. This role bridges business needs with system functionality to enhance supply chain planning capabilities, improve data visibility, and support informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Kinaxis Functional Lead, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Serve as the SME for Kinaxis across all planning functions

  • Lead configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement of planning models, control towers, and dashboards

  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Kinaxis solutions

  • Own data integrity, model governance, and system performance within the platform

  • Manage system enhancements, releases, and coordination with IT and external partners

Requirements

We are looking for people who are analytical, collaborative, and solution-oriented. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

  • 8+ years of supply chain planning experience (demand, supply, inventory, SIOP)

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis

  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and planning concepts

  • Experience with data modeling, scenario planning, and advanced analytics

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Knowledge of ERP systems

  • Experience supporting user adoption, training, and change management initiatives

  • Experience working cross-functionally with business and IT teams
