Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Own data collection, verification, and structuring for financial reporting.
Prepare and review monthly financial reports for EM Plants and HO Finance Team.
Analyze cost variances, yield losses, and other financial KPIs, and discuss findings with plant operations and leadership teams.
Ensure accurate reconciliation of General Ledger (GL) balances and scrap losses.
Support the preparation and submission of statutory and internal audit requirements, including SOX compliance and inventory counts.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Drive the preparation of the Annual Budget for the plant, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Upload finalized budgets into SAP and track performance against projections.
Monitor budgetary controls and support plant operations in achieving cost efficiencies.
Compliance & Controls
Ensure strong internal controls and adherence to company policies and external regulations.
Oversee plant finance operations, ensuring full compliance with financial and operational standards.
Review and validate invoices from external manufacturers, ensuring performance monitoring.
Provide indirect tax support and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
Continuous Improvement & Digital Transformation
Identify and implement process automation and efficiency enhancements.
Leverage data analytics and digital tools to improve financial planning and reporting.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on operational excellence.
Key Qualifications & Experience
Educational Background: CA/CWA/MBA (Finance)
Experience: 2-6 years of relevant experience in plant finance, manufacturing finance, or related roles.
Industry: CPG/Manufacturing or Consulting Firms with a strong understanding of the Manufacturing Industry
Technical & Functional Skills
SAP Expertise: Proficiency in SAP (preferably FICO module).
Financial Analysis & Reporting: Strong analytical skills in tracking financial performance and KPI analysis.
MS Office Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling.
Compliance & Audit Management: Experience in SOX, statutory audits, and financial control frameworks.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of plant operations and cost optimization.
Digital & Growth Mindset: Ability to leverage technology for process improvement and automation.
