Areas of responsibility:

  • Daily customer contact - including guidance, furniture sale and cash sales
  • Refilling shelves
  • Daily maintenance of the store and make sure that the store looks its best

Success criteria: 

  • To spread knowledge of HAY and products, through expert guidance on possible leads
  • That you work purposefully on the best possible sales results in HAY
  • That you take the initiative to solve the necessary tasks in the store
  • That you take the lead and are a good role model for colleagues in all tasks, including sales and customer service, as well as in compliance with our structure and guidelines (working as the store was your own)
  • That you work actively to create community and a positive atmosphere in the store, e.g., by your own intuition, your good humor and your communication
  • That you follow the prepared procedure and guidelines for the HAY stores as well as the HAY stores' own general basic attitudes
