About the role
职位描述:
作为高级自控产品业务拓展专员,您将起到关键作用,负责管理和推动我们BMS产品(自控系统、传感器、电动阀门等)在垂直行业(商业楼宇、数据中心、电子半导体、新能源、生物制药、实验室等)的销售。您将与客户建立并维护长期、互信的关系,确保识别客户需求并提供高质量的解决方案,从而满足客户期望并推动业务增长。
主要职责:
1.负责自控分销产品在垂直行业的销售,拓展与维护行业战略大客户,跟进重大项目,完成销售任务和扩大行业市场份额。
2.负责面向垂直行业市场研究自控产品应用场景和整体解决方案。
3.负责挖掘增量市场销售机会,开发专项经销商。
4.分析客户需求变化,掌握行业发展动态和竞争对手情况,对公司改进产品和服务提供建议。
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历,自动化、电气/电子工程、暖通、机械等相关专业优先。
2.拥有至少3年销售/市场经验,相关垂直行业经验优先。
3.自我激励,具有强烈的责任感和积极的工作态度,能够独立解决问题。
4.出色的人际交往、沟通能力和销售技巧,能够有效影响客户决策。
5.愿意接受出差,适应快节奏的工作环境。
