Job Description

Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It Uniquely Yours.

Mondelēz International empowers people to snack right in over 150 countries around the world. We're leading the future of snacking with iconic global and local brands such as Oreo, Cadbury, Philadelphia, Pascall, The Natural Confectionery Company, Belvita, Ritz and Toblerone – with global revenues exceeding $31 billion USD.

About the Role

Reporting to the People Experience Lead, Japan, Australia and New Zealand, and partnering closely with the site-based People Lead, we have an exciting opportunity for a People Experience Lead to join our iconic Cadbury manufacturing site in Claremont. This critical role requires a true partner for the site. With a focus on employee experience and a passion for providing outstanding HR advice and delivery, you will apply a continuous improvement perspective to the end-to-end operational HR services both at the Claremont plant and as a leader across the broader MSC operations in Australia.

The People Experience Lead, MSC, is the key point of contact for operational HR advice and where self-service or central shared services support is not available. You also play a key role within the Japan, Australia and NZ (JANZ) business unit People Services squad and the broader manufacturing and supply chain People Services community.

How you will contribute:

In this highly visible, site-based role, you will:

  • Lead the implementation of local projects and initiatives relating to essential human resources service delivery.

  • Provide leadership and coaching to a team of MSC People Experience Advisors, ensuring consistent service levels are maintained.

  • Provide support and advice across a range of employee relations topics, including managing investigations and leveraging the broader People Service team to resolve employee queries.

  • Support the delivery of enterprise bargaining for the plants.

  • Identify opportunities and deliver programs to improve employee and leadership capabilities.

  • Coach leaders and employees in Workday self-serve adoption.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives via a range of plans and actions and deliver local training programs (e.g. capability development and IL6S).

  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities for our core manufacturing workforce.

What you will bring:

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

  • A relevant degree in HR or business, or a combination of equivalent skills and experience, is highly regarded.

  • HR Generalist with experience in a fast-paced environment. Applicants with previous FMCG/CPG experience will be highly regarded.

  • Experience with employee relations and enterprise bargaining is highly advantageous.

  • Previous experience with Workday HRIS is advantageous.

  • A team player attitude with the ability and desire to influence and drive change across a diverse workforce.

  • The ability to work full-time in a plant-based role with a majority of work time on site.

No Relocation support available
