Role Summary and Impact
WPP Media Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Specialist, Biddable to serve as a hands-on expert within our Media Activation team. This role is pivotal for driving superior campaign performance through deep platform knowledge and advanced optimization techniques. You will be a subject matter expert, responsible for executing complex campaigns and providing technical guidance to the team, ensuring we deliver best-in-class results for our clients.
Core Responsibilities:
Advanced Campaign Execution: Lead the hands-on execution of complex biddable media campaigns, implementing advanced targeting, bidding strategies, and testing frameworks across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Programmatic DSPs.
Performance Optimization & Analysis: Conduct in-depth performance analysis to uncover granular insights. Translate complex data into actionable strategies, continuously optimizing campaigns to exceed client KPIs and performance benchmarks.
Technical Mentorship: Act as a subject matter expert and technical resource for the team. Guide and mentor junior members on platform best practices, advanced features, and troubleshooting complex activation issues.
Innovation & Platform Expertise: Stay at the forefront of biddable media technology and trends. Proactively test new platform features, ad formats, and tools, sharing findings and recommendations to drive innovation within the team.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in biddable platforms (Search, Social, Programmatic).
- Proven track record of managing complex campaigns and delivering significant performance improvements.
