Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

As a key member of the leadership team in Türkiye, the CFO plays a pivotal role at the intersection of three core missions:

1.      Trusted Business Challenger — Enabling better decision-making through meaningful insights, constructive challenge and strategic alignment

2.      Performance & Transformation Leader — Driving operational excellence, system modernization and advanced analytics

3.      Guardian of Trust — Ensuring compliance, risk management and financial integrity in an ever-changing landscape

Scope: All CHANEL group activities in Türkiye (Retail, Wholesale, e-Commerce) — including Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax and Indirect Procurement.

1. Strategy & business partnership

• Be actively involved in — and in some cases lead — strategic management decisions: key investments, new projects, distribution models, new lines of business

• Collaborate closely with regional and local retail teams to develop a roadmap aligned with business objectives and growth ambitions

• Cultivate strong relationships with all business areas as a trusted business partner

2. Financial performance & steering

• Oversee the preparation of accurate forecasts, budgets and financial reports

• Provide meaningful context around financial and business performance to internal stakeholders

• Full accountability for P&L, balance sheet and treasury

3. Transformation & innovation

• Lead the implementation and localization of the future ERP

• Build advanced analytics and automation capabilities to reduce reliance on manual processes

• Empower finance and business teams with useful tools, insights and simplified processes

• Advocate work efficiency and lean organization

4. Compliance, risk & internal controls

• Ensure compliance with financial laws, regulations and company policies

• Regularly update policies and procedures in line with company operations and inherent risks

• Act as ambassador for internal controls, tax compliance and risk management

5. ESG & sustainability

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance company ESG performance in line with CHANEL sustainability ambitions

• You have deep knowledge of financial systems; strong experience in ERP implementation projects

• You have solid risk management capabilities

What you will bring

• You have Accounting or Management / Business degree, MBA in Corporate Finance or equivalent is preferred

• You have 15+ years experience in Corporate Finance with exposure to multiple sub-areas (FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Accounting)

• You have proven experience in leading teams and managing P&L, balance sheet, tax compliance and treasury

• Fluent in English and Turkish both written and spoken, French is an asset

• You have advanced proficiency in knowledge of ERP systems
