Position Summary You will support the operations that keep our global skills and learning programmes running smoothly. You will coordinate programme delivery, manage learning systems, and keep learning data reliable. You will work closely with learning managers, technology teams and external partners. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Manage end-to-end scheduling and enrolment for global learning programmes in our learning platforms. - Administer learning items, curricula, assessments and user accounts to maintain learning lifecycle accuracy. - Deliver operational support for live virtual sessions, including event setup, recordings and real-time coordination. - Maintain participant records, attendance tracking and reporting dashboards with high data quality. - Own service tickets and resolve platform or content issues within agreed service timelines. - Support testing of releases, automation workflows and improvements to reduce manual effort. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree in business, education, HR, IT, or a related field. - 2 to 4 years’ experience in learning operations, LMS administration, or learning programme coordination. - Working knowledge of a Learning Management System such as SAP SuccessFactors Learning or similar. - Good data skills, including Excel and experience building or updating reports and dashboards. - Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills across global teams. - Comfortable managing multiple tasks with attention to detail and meeting service timelines. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience with SuccessFactors Learning administration or equivalent LMS transactional work. - Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or similar tools. - Exposure to virtual event platforms (MS Teams, webinar tools) and session production. - Basic experience with automation or workflow tools (Power Platform, bots) and testing releases. - Experience creating or maintaining learning analytics and compliance reports. - Experience working with multilingual content or deploying course versions in multiple languages. Location and Work Arrangement This role is based in India and is on-site. You will work closely with colleagues across time zones and may occasionally support sessions outside core hours.
