Your New Role…
Warner Bros. Discovery is looking for an Employee Connection Specialist to join the Global Business Services (GBS) People & Culture Operations team in Warsaw.
In this role, you will be a key point of contact for employees across Europe, supporting People & Culture operational services and delivering a great employee experience aligned with our culture. You will work independently, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and positive change.

Your Role Accountabilities...
Manage and resolve employee, manager and stakeholder requests related to P&C services, payroll, benefits, policies and employee data using ServiceNow Case Management
Process employee lifecycle data changes in Workday, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, mobility and position management
Prepare employment contracts, benefit-related documentation and respond to employment verification requests
Ensure data accuracy, compliance with policies, SOX controls and data privacy requirements; support audits and inspections
Support EMEA P&C teams, large-scale organizational changes (e.g. mergers, acquisitions) and mass data activities
Contribute to continuous process improvements, documentation updates and onboarding of new team members
Qualifications and Experience...
Proven experience in HR administration or a related role, preferably within a global shared services environment, with a strong focus on confidentiality
University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
English proficiency at C1 level; fluency in another European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian or Dutch) is a strong advantage
Proven experience with Workday and ServiceNow (or similar HRIS / case management tools)
Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel – filtering, sorting, VLOOKUP)
Strong process improvement, analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage high-volume tasks independently
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a flexible and adaptable mindset in a fast-paced environment
