About the role
Aufgabenschwerpunkte:
• Führung eines Teams von Betriebshandwerkern/ Betriebstechnikern (mitarbeitender Teamführer)
• Planung und Organisation von Wartung und Reparaturmaßnahmen
• Wartung und Instandhaltung unserer Produktionsanlagen und peripherer Systeme
• Übernahme von Kostenverantwortung (Werkstattbudget)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Werkstattteam, der Produktionsleitung und dem Engineering-Team
• Reibungsloser Ablauf der Produktion und der Maschinen • Erkennen, Planen und Umsetzen von Verbesserungspotentiale
Anforderungen:
• Ausbildung zum/zur Mechatroniker/in oder Elektriker/in für Betriebstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
• Erfahrungen mit Anlagensteuerung sowie Vorhandensein von IT-Grundlagen
• Hohes technisches Verständnis, Flexibilität und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Motivierte, teamfähige und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
• Strukturierte und transparente Arbeitsweise
• Termintreue und Verbindlichkeit
• Erfahrung mit der Führung eines Teams
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2-Schicht) im Vertretungsfall
• Unterstützung bei der Einführung von Lean-Management-Systemen und deren konsequente Einhaltung
• Durchsetzungsfähig, Zielorientiert
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
