What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a Children’s Home
A strong history of Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Full UK Driving Licence
A resilient, compassionate leader ready to take on a rewarding challenge
