We are seeking an experienced Agilent University EMEA LMS Project Manager (m/f/d) to join Agilent.

In this role, you will be a member of the Agilent University Team, responsible for managing the Learning Management Systems that support the sales and delivery of Customer Education services.

You will contribute to major enterprise-wide programs, working closely with cross-functional teams and multiple vendors. We are looking for a proactive individual who is eager to take ownership of the role and bring forward innovative suggestions for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Learning Management Systems behind sales and delivery of Customer Education services
  • Leads the development and delivery of integrated solutions for external customers or enterprise-wide programs, managing cross-functional and multi-vendor teams
  • Defines project scope, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing, ensuring alignment with goals
  • Drives project execution to meet cost, quality, and timeline milestones
  • Identifies and communicates risks, managing stakeholder expectations
  • Serves as the main liaison between customers and internal project teams
  • Monitors financial performance (revenue, costs, profit) and ensures solutions are delivered within budget
  • Manages client relationships, coordinates teams and vendors, and ensures compliance with credentialing and site access requirements

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Fluent in English and German; proficiency in French is a plus
  • Strong experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data management
  • Solid understanding of IT concepts; a background in computer science is desirable
  • Typically requires 4+ years of relevant professional experience

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
