About the location:
Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.About the role
The Finance Clerk supports the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department by ensuring the accurate processing and recording of financial transactions. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting compliance procedures, and contributing to the smooth operation of the resort.
What you will do
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and efficiently.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Verify and reconcile financial transactions and documentation.
Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records.
Assist with daily revenue reporting and cash handling procedures.
Prepare routine financial reports and support month-end closing activities.
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors regarding finance-related queries.
Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures.
Support internal and external audits as required.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Finance leadership team.
What you bring
Previous experience in an administrative, accounting, or finance-related role preferred.
Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience using accounting systems or ERP software is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Excellent command of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Schedule & Hours
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
While the role follows a regular office schedule, some flexibility may occasionally be required during month-end closing periods, audits, or other business needs.
