Role Summary and Impact

3. Attain strong understanding of cross channel media strategy by working on diversified category & teams

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
•    Understanding of categories and brand objectives for the year
•    Proactively take initiative towards agencies goal for the year

In six months:
•    Successfully develop liaisons internally and externally with partners & client
•    Excellent trouble shooter and a backbone for the team.
•    In depth understanding of the In-house products/software’s, to demonstrate the same during client conversations

In 12 months:
•    Worked on Award winning work
•    Built high credibility with the team & client

What your day job looks like at WPP Media:
Strategy & Planning
•    Define KOL/advocacy and content strategy aligned with brand objectives (awareness, engagement, conversion, loyalty).
•    Map out KOL tiers (mega, macro, micro, nano, consumer advocates) and assign roles across the funnel.
•    Identify content approach & platform focus (TikTok, IG, YouTube, live commerce) and content formats.
•    Plan annual & campaign-level calendars with KOL integration (festive, launches, always-on).

KOL Identification & Selection
•    Curate KOLs that match brand values, target audience, and campaign objectives.
•    Ensure diversity of voices (beauty experts, lifestyle, niche subcultures, UGC creators).
•    Benchmark cost efficiency (CPV, CPE, EMV) and past performance.
•    Maintain strong relationships with KOLs, talent agencies, and communities.
