Job Summary

The Systems Administrator II will be a part of the team responsible for the support of domestic & international user base. This can include application support, hardware troubleshooting, new user provisioning, project work such as Intune setup, refreshing our internal networks with Cisco Meraki, and contributing to the improvement of our processes. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite & remote user support, including general desktop troubleshooting for all employees
  • Manage & develop our identity providers (Active Directory, Okta, Google workspace)
  • Help manage & maintain our application stack, including SaaS applications
  • Provision & deploy new employee endpoints, assist with new hire onboarding
  • Provide support for videoconferencing and related A/V systems
  • ›Assist with company-wide software deployments
  • Create, update and maintain support documentation and procedures
  • Assist with cross-departmental projects (security and compliance initiatives, i.e. MDM)
  • Provide excellent customer service to both our remote and onsite customers. 
  • Promote, maintain and enhance our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership.
  • Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training.
