System Solution Developer

Job Description:

Main activities

• Technology Study & Development

- Support technology study and development for new solution concepts, including activities to improve Technology Readiness Level (TRL).
- Conduct technical scouting of relevant Chinese local technologies and innovations.

• Requirement Engineering

- Cooperates with project managers to break down product/system requirements to solution design requirements, ensuring traceability.

• System architecture Design

- Adapt state-of-the-art tools to complete system architecture and detailed design, including high-level architecture diagrams, module design, and use cases.
- Develop and maintain the Architecture and Design (ARD) document, including system design details, to comply with project security process requirements.

• System Implementation & Integration

- Perform solid system implementation and deployment to ensure feature completion and quality, including necessary testing, integration, and continuous deployment activities.

Outputs

• Solution technical requirements in SoW to clearly define the work packages requirements of suppliers in out-sourcing projects.
• System architecture and design specification, including the Architecture and Design (ARD) document for security process compliance, high-level design, and detailed design with use cases and relevant diagrams.
• High-quality system implementation: efficient, secure, robust, and successfully deployed.
• System test execution and report, including unit test, integration test, and system verification.
• Technical evaluation report of suppliers’ technical proposals in out-sourcing projects.
• Feasibility study report in the PoC projects.

Qualifications & Ability

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

• Familiar with system architecture principles, software development lifecycle, and solution deployment methodologies.

• With minimum 5 years of experience in software solution development or system architecture, preferably in aerospace or industrial automation solutions.

• Proven experience in full life cycle product development, in areas of system architecture, design, and deployment.

• Experienced with documenting system design details for security or compliance requirements.

• Experience with model-based system development, with modeling language: UML/SysML is preferred.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, innovative thinking and acting, result-orientation, ownership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, lead technical communication, and drive consensus with a cross-team co-development mindset.

• Language Skills: Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
