What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist with preventive maintenance and basic mechanical repairs on mobile and fixed equipment
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose mechanical issues under guidance
  • Support mechanics with equipment servicing and part replacements
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following safety procedures
  • Document maintenance activities and communicate findings to the maintenance team

  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn hands-on repair and maintenance skills
  • Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail in all tasks performed
  • Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and accept feedback
  • Dependable approach with the flexibility to adapt in an industrial environment

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
