- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, coaching them to operate as empowered, outcome‑focused owners.
- Foster a culture of continuous discovery, encouraging rapid experimentation, prototyping, and validation before development.
- Balance innovation with scalability, operational stability, and regulatory requirements.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree a plus.
- 8–10+ years of experience in product management, including leadership of cross‑functional product teams.
- Proven success leading product strategy and roadmap execution in complex, regulated, or enterprise environments.
- Strong technical fluency, including experience working within cloud‑based platforms and modern digital ecosystems.
- Hands‑on experience with product tools such as Jira and Figma to support disciplined delivery and collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to use data, insights, and emerging technologies (including AI) to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to align stakeholders around a shared vision.
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or other highly regulated industries.
- Background working in SaaS or platform‑based product environments.
- Experience leading teams through organizational change or product transformation initiatives.
