We’re seeking for a Junior Analyst in Western Union Digital Review Team, based in Vilnius, Lithuania office. In this role, you will be a part of the team who analyzes digital money transfers and prevents fraudulent activity. 

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Analyze digital money transfers to make sure that no fraudulent activity is involved.

  • Communicate with Western Union customers to verify details regarding specific money transfer (incoming/outgoing calls, emails).

  • Review documents provided by customers to verify their Western Union profile.

  • Decide when to escalate a case or to proceed with the regular handling procedures.

  • Leading or being involved in department-related initiatives.

  • Serve our global customers in English and Spanish languages.

  • Attend initial training thoroughly and pass all the required assessments.

 

Role Requirements

  • Fluency in English with outstanding verbal, written and listening skills is mandatory.

  • Fluency in Spanish with outstanding verbal, written and listening skills is mandatory.

  • Customer service experience would be considered an advantage.

  • A college degree is highly preferred.

  • Strong communication skills together with customer-oriented mindset.

  • Independent decision-making with high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Computer literacy.

  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays).

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1,375 - 1,833 EUR. This range represents anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
