Rappresentare il cliente all’interno di Motrol e rappresentare Motrol davanti al cliente, specificatamente per gli aspetti qualitativi.

Requisiti richiesti

Diploma tecnico, scientifico o superiore; laurea in ingegneria (preferenziale).
Un anno di esperienza lavorativa in campo qualità automotive.
Conoscenza sistema operativo Windows e software Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access, Internet Explorer).
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.
Buona conoscenza della lingua tedesca (preferenziale).
Capacità di lettura disegni / conoscenza GD&T.

Responsabilità / compiti

Risponde tempestivamente a ogni segnalazione cliente, con piano di azione interno ed esterno a Motrol.
Supporta la qualità di stabilimento nella definizione dei piani di controllo componenti / prodotto finito.
Definisce i piani di validazione prodotto.
Gestisce eventuali resident engineer.
Gestisce i problemi qualitativi tramite strumenti appropriati: 8D, PPS e altre tecniche di problem solving.
Gestisce tutte le fonti dati necessarie per misurare la soddisfazione del cliente (siti ufficiali cliente).
Aggiorna l’azienda sulla soddisfazione del cliente (aggiornamento misure KPI).
Analizza con tempistiche adeguate ogni reso stabilimento cliente e monitora eventuali addebiti.
È responsabile della sottomissione PPAP cliente e del controllo della relativa approvazione, cercando di minimizzare gli addebiti per l’organizzazione.
Collabora nelle ispezioni interne di processo e di prodotto (audit interni).
