06 July 2026GIS, Global Information Services in Husqvarna Group, is primarily responsible for overseeing the Group’s IT strategy, systems and infrastructure. GIS provides IT services and solutions including IT security and supports and collaborates with the business stakeholders within the divisions. Most of the organization is located in Huskvarna (Sweden), Charlotte (USA), Ulm (Germany), Warsaw (Poland).
Your role and responsibilities:
In this role you will be part GIS Controlling function.
The overall responsibilities for the Controlling function for GIS are:
- Cost and Process compliance and development
- Project and Program controlling
- Financial Co-driver to the business
- Service Provider - Turning Data into Insight
Expectations & Key Tasks:
- Business case preparation, financial administration and follow up of project investments
- Be an active part in monthly follow up as well as budget and forecast processes, for designated areas
- Monitor and proactively address issues on the financial performance of GIS
- Continuously improve data quality related to GIS financial follow up.
- Prepare for and be an active participant in GIS Ops reviews
Relevant background
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar position and strong Controlling background
- University degree in Business Administration/Finance or similar
- Relevant experience in IT Controlling “is a plus”
- Good knowledge of IT tools and MS Office
- Excellent English, verbal and written
- Experience in a multi-national organization is desired
