ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Junior Strategy Consultant to join our team starting this September. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or a professional with up to one year of experience to grow in a global design consultancy that partners with brave organizations to build more human and impactful businesses. At VML THE COCKTAIL, you will be part of a team that blends creativity, design, technology, and data to create the businesses of tomorrow.

The main challenge will be to support our clients in navigating their most complex business challenges. You will help them transform their organizations by identifying opportunities for growth and innovation, turning strategic insights into tangible products, services, and new ventures. You will be at the heart of projects that aim to create more human-centered and meaningful connections between businesses and people.

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

Support Senior Consultants in the delivery of strategic projects, ensuring the highest quality standards.
Conduct market research, data analysis, and user research to generate actionable insights.
Apply Project Management Office (PMO) skills to assist in planning, tracking, and reporting on project progress.
Collaborate in the preparation of presentations, reports, and client-facing deliverables.
Work alongside multidisciplinary teams of designers, technologists, and data specialists to co-create innovative solutions.
Participate in workshops and client meetings, contributing to a positive and productive dynamic.

THE IDEAL PERSON WILL BE..

A recent graduate or a professional with up to one year of experience in consulting, business analysis, or a related field.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to structure complex information.
Demonstrate foundational Project Management Office (PMO) skills and a methodical approach to execution.
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
Curious and passionate about business transformation, technology, and human-centered design.
A proactive team player, eager to learn and contribute from day one.
