We are searching for a Financial Analyst in Orlando, FL. The Financial Analyst will leverage financial, systems and analytical proficiency to create financial models, systems and processes to support the in-depth consolidation, analysis and reporting of potentially all aspects of the Tavel + Leisure Co.  Sales & Marketing business model. This role is hybrid in office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote Thursday and Friday.

How You'll Shine:

• Facilitate and support the monthly forecast process through identification and implementation of process improvements leveraging technological and system solutions to drive efficiencies, validation of key inputs and communication with key business partners

• Support recurring weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables

• Support the annual budget process

• Ad hoc analysis as needed related to any aspect of the Tavel + Leisure Co. Sales & Marketing business model.

• Performs other duties as needed.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively partner and influence stakeholders at all levels

• Demonstrated analytical, strategic, and creative thinking skills, with a results-driven and intellectually curious mindset

• Self-starter with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities, work under tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results

• Proven experience sourcing, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to provide actionable recommendations and drive decision-making

• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (including functions such as SUMIF and INDEX) with experience in financial modeling, reporting, and process improvement; familiarity with systems such as Hyperion, Oracle, and BI tools is a plus

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies, improve processes, and develop tools that support profitability, cost control, and operational effectiveness (timeshare industry experience preferred)

• 3 years of experience of proven financial, operational, budgeting or forecasting analysis.
