PAR is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Administrator to support, configure, and optimize our Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement platNform in support of global marketing and lead generation initiatives. This role focuses on platform administration, configuration, operational support, and governance while partnering closely with Marketing, CRM, Data, IT, and Development teams in a highly integrated, enterprise environment.

The Account Engagement Administrator is a critical member of the team who helps maximize the value of the platform by ensuring system stability, data integrity, lead lifecycle management, scoring accuracy, security, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Working closely with Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Product Management, Developers, QA, and business stakeholders, you will support solution delivery through platform configuration, environment management, operational support, and continuous optimization. You will collaborate with business partners to translate marketing requirements into scalable, data-driven Account Engagement solutions while supporting Agile/Scrum delivery models.
The ideal candidate brings strong Account Engagement (Pardot) administration experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience supporting enterprise-scale B2B marketing automation platforms.

What We’re Looking For:
Strong hands-on experience administering Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
Configure, manage, and support core Account Engagement components, including:
Engagement Studio (nurture programs)
Email templates, forms, landing pages, and completion actions
Prospect management and segmentation (lists, dynamic lists)
Lead scoring and grading models
Administer and optimize lead nurturing programs, drip campaigns, and automation rules
Manage user access, roles, permissions, and business unit alignment with Salesforce
Support integrations with Salesforce Sales Cloud and other external systems
Monitor platform performance, email deliverability, campaign effectiveness, and data hygiene
Perform proactive system maintenance and operational tasks
Support data management activities, including:
Prospect data synchronization with Salesforce
Data imports, exports, and deduplication
Data quality, segmentation, and enrichment
Troubleshoot platform issues and collaborate with Salesforce admins and developers to resolve defects
Translate business and marketing requirements into scalable Account Engagement configurations
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Analytics teams to ensure optimal lead generation and conversion
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
Support release management and change control activities across environments
Assist with DevOps processes, deployment readiness, and automation governance
Maintain documentation, standards, data models, and operational runbooks
Unleash Your Potential: What You Will Be Doing and Owning:
Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) Specialist or Consultant certification
Experience supporting integrations between Account Engagement and Salesforce Sales Cloud
Experience working with lead lifecycle management, scoring, grading, and campaign attribution models
Experience supporting B2B marketing automation in multi-region or enterprise environments
Experience supporting CI/CD processes, automation governance, or deployment practices
Experience working in large, distributed, enterprise environments
Nice-to-Have
Experience with Salesforce campaigns, ROI reporting, and campaign influence
Exposure to webinar platforms, lead enrichment tools, or third-party marketing integrations
Experience supporting consent management, GDPR, and data privacy requirements
Basic understanding of automation rules, segmentation logic, and Salesforce data model
Familiarity with email marketing best practices and deliverability
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5–8 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with strong focus on Account Engagement (Pardot)
Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with Marketing, Sales, Data, and technical teams
A continuous learner, collaborative problem-solver, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
