Meet the team behind this journey

DeepL is at an inflection point: moving from a beloved translation tool to a full enterprise Language AI platform. The Business Acceleration Tech Area is at the heart of that shift: the engine behind how we grow, retain, and scale our customer base, from individual subscribers to Fortune 500 enterprises. Our mission is twofold:

1. Accelerate growth by maximising the number of people who buy DeepL and enabling customers to scale usage across large, complex organisations.

2. Provide robust platform capabilities that help other teams at DeepL ship enterprise-ready products and features faster and with confidence.

The area spans four tracks: Console, Identity, Monetization, and Business Acceleration, with dedicated product teams focused on end-to-end user journeys across onboarding, access management, billing and payments, internal platform enablement and go-to-market efficiency. As Group PM, you'll set the direction across all of them: setting strategy, coaching PMs, and driving the outcomes that make DeepL the Language AI platform that enterprises trust to scale.

Your responsibilities

Lead a high-performing product organisation

• Own and evolve the product strategy for the Business Acceleration Tech Area, connecting the dots across Console, Identity, Monetization, and Business Acceleration tracks into a cohesive, compelling vision

• Lead and coach a team of Product Managers, setting clear goals, building their product skills, and creating an environment where they do their best work

• Drive the org design and ways of working so teams have clear ownership, tight feedback loops, and deliver measurable impact

• Act as a domain expert and decision-maker on complex, cross-cutting topics, particularly around enterprise billing, identity & access management, and internal platform adoption

• Structure and drive complex, ambiguous decisions: defining options, trade-offs, and recommendations that stakeholders and executives can act on

• Communicate strategy clearly and concisely to diver
