Our product team is looking for a Senior Product Manager. This role is responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of AI-powered capabilities across our agentic behavioral health platform. This includes designing scalable LLM-driven workflows, ensuring clinical safety, and collaborating with engineering, data science, clinical leadership, and design teams. The Product Manager maintains a prioritized product backlog, writes clear requirements, defines success metrics, leads experiments, and ensures alignment with clinical, business, and operational goals.

This is a hybrid position based in NYC.

What You’ll Do

Product Management

• Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap for LLM and agentic workflows aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead ideation and execution of features that improve user engagement, safety, and outcomes.
• Translate AI and ML capabilities—including agent orchestration, structured output validation, and safety layers—into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
• Define KPIs for features and monitor performance using A/B tests, analytics, and model evaluations.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with engineering to assess feasibility, plan technical work, and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure evidence-based behavioral health practices and safety guardrails are integrated into product design.
• Work closely with data science on evaluation methods, agent reliability, and model regression monitoring.
• Communicate product updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders clearly and proactively.

Execution & Continuous Improvement

• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Investigate and triage unexpected system or model behavior, prioritizing issues based on user impact.
