Program Manager - Content, MENA Prime
We’ll continue to work hard for our tens of millions of Prime members around the world and this is why Prime continues to grow rapidly. We are looking for a Content Program Manager that can provide a fresh, creative approach to helping customers understand all that Prime has to offer. Experience in marketing or e-commerce merchandising is highly desired. Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple teams, vendors, partners, and management. This position offers an exciting introduction to marketing at one of the leading global technology companies.
Key job responsibilities
• Execute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for the Prime marketing funnel
• Implement A/B tests and analyze results to support personalization initiatives
• Help develop customer segmentation analyses to inform targeted experiences
• Maintain performance dashboards tracking key KPIs including CVR, RPC, CTR
• Analyze data to provide recommendations for Prime content assets, homepage updates and optimization
• Support cross-functional partners in measuring new personalization features
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, great at meeting multiple deadlines, and comfortable with a varied set of software and editing tools.
Basic Qualifications
Experience in eCommerce analytics, digital marketing strategy, or site optimization
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong proficiency in Tableau, Adobe Analytics (or similar tools)
- Experience with A/B testing platforms
- Experience with Tableau, Adobe Analytics (or similar tools)
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional partners
- Experience supporting performance reporting or forecasting functions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working in online retail, preferably fashion or lifestyle
- Understanding of basic personalization concepts and customer segmentation
- Interest in customer experience and ecommerce optimization
- Experience supporting program execution and results analysis
- Familiarity with e-commerce best practices
A day in the life
You'll be responsible for having a strong backlog of improvement ideas of our customer experience, experimenting and reporting on new ideas and keeping an eye on business and performance metrics to ensure our experience delights our customers. As the expert in our onsite experience, you'll be consulting country Marketing leaders, tech teams and product managers how to launch new content tests but will also be responsible for the implementation.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Experience across affiliate marketing, PPC, SEM and social media advertising
