In this role, you will be a trusted partner to both employees and managers - providing guidance on HR matters, driving process improvements, and ensuring our people practices are compliant, consistent, and effective. You will play a central role in shaping the employee experience and supporting the business through thoughtful, pragmatic HR advice.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (HR, Business, Psychology) or equivalent experience
- Around 2-3 years of experience in an HR generalist or advisory role, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment
- Solid knowledge of US federal and state labor law; experience with immigration and visa processes is a plus
- Confident advising managers and employees on HR matters with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience working with an HRIS; comfortable analysing and presenting HR data
- Naturally build relationships and has the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proactive and well-organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
- Be an active contributor to the Global HR Team
- Flexible and willing to help out where the business needs it
Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for employees on a broad range of HR topics, providing clear and practical advice
- Manage and oversee all HR admin processes including onboarding, offboarding, sick leave, benefits administration, filing, etc.
- Support and advise on employee relations matters, including performance management and absence management
- Own employee mobility processes such as relocation, visa applications, and expat support
- Analyse HR data and prepare reports to support decision-making and identify trends
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with US labor law and company standards
- Participate in and support both internal and external events
