HR Specialist 人力资源专员
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure payroll, pension, housing fund, IIT paid/declared on time and accurately.
2. Support to review, update and communicate C&B related policies and procedures. Implement the policies and procedures in C&B;
3. Assist on budget and bridge preparation of China HR;
4. Manage leave record, attendance record, and other benefit package;
5.Assist in conducting salary survey & employee survey & employee activities & awarding activities;
6. Monitor the Workday system to ensure the data accuracy and timely updating of all items related to attendance, leave, salary and benefit;
7.Handle Employment & Exit process, ensure the process is compliant with government requirements;
8. Implement APDR, AFR, maintain annual performance review record and monitor the probation process.
9. Manage contract review, performance standard, and employment procedure etc.;
10. Maintain personal files, update HR database in Workday system;
11. Manage and maintain Job Descriptions.
12. Coordinate ER activities, e.g. Town hall meeting, Tea talk.
13. Assist in supplementary medical insurance administration.
14. Execute the ad-hoc tasks assigned from HR Manager.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above. Major in Business Administration, Human resource etc.;
2. A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in HR field including at least 2 years in equivalent role, working experience in manufacturing is preferable.
3. Good sense in C&B, performance management and ER;
4. Familiar with China labor law and local labor regulation;
5. Good interpersonal, communication skills and analytical skill;
6. Can work under pressure
7. Good for planning skills
8. Fluent English both in written and oral.
