1.Fulfill the positions below managerial level by screening resume, arranging interview and selecting candidates with line manager.

2.Manage recruitment channels

3.Handle Employment  entry & Exit process

4.Coordinate the on board process and the new employee orientation process

5. Check in the dormitory;

6. Manage the third party security service and ensure whole plant is under control to prevent any property lost from happening

7. Manage the third party canteen service and ensure the food they provided is safe. Annual renewal of food service license is needed.

8. Manage the third party housekeeping service and ensure whole plant none-production area is clean and tidy including office areae.

9.Manage office supplies, daily supplies, kitchen supplies, drinking water and other services to ensure the normal operation of the office area;

10.Prepare the newsletter, birthday gifts etc.Organize company activities such as Annual dinner, Annual outing, Women's Day activities etc .

11. Manage blue collar labor contracts and ensure the labor contract signed on time.

12.Maintain personal files in consistent order.Update HR database in Workday.

13.Arrange company meetings, including location, personnel, equipment,

14.guest accommodation arrangement, including location, catering
