A Day in the Life

The primary objective of this role is to coordinate and support all aspects of marketing and sales efforts by actively collaborating with marketing and sales staff within the department.    

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Leads and coordinates product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activities.

• Interacts directly with marketing manager/specialists to identify new marketing opportunities.

• Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion.

• Identifies unmet customer requirements and new business opportunities and provides vision and focus to move products from idea to market place.

• Facilitates and coordinates marketing activities with geographic areas to increase teamwork and build partnerships.

• Manage expense relevant documentations and process payment

• Manage customer (HCP) contract and agreement

• Support marketing team for printings, promotional materials and etc.

• Support marketing team with the logistics services in preparing product seminars, marketing event and etc.

• Maintain on-line sales/marketing system, verifying the accuracy of data, acting as liaison with information technology in identifying and resolving problems

• Regularly review and monitor backorders to identify and analyze business impact by communication with sales team

• Collaborate with logistics teams to understand the reasons for backorders and release plan and update with sales team

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 3 years of experience required

• Preferred relevant experience.

• Healthcare(device) industry experience preferred.

• This is a temporary role with a 12-month contract

• Proficient in reading, speaking and writing English

• Good computer skills to include working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good attention to detail

• Can work autonomously but is also a team player

• Excellent organizational skills

• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive

• Responds to deadlines and priorities

• Professional étiquette (telephone, email, and in person)

• High ethical standards
