Buscamos un/a consultor de transformación del área de Data & AI para ayudar a nuestros clientes a dar el salto hacia una organización verdaderamente basada en datos.

Trabajarás con equipos de Data, Digital, Marketing y Customer, diseñando productos y soluciones que impulsan crecimiento, eficiencia e innovación.

Trabajarás en un área incipiente, por lo que ayudarás en la creación de la disciplina de data strategy.

¿Cuál será tu rol?

Trabajarás en la transformación en clientes:
Liderar workstreams estratégicos en programas complejos de data & AI, colaborando con equipos multidisciplinares de diseño, estrategia, marketing y tecnología
Diseñar data foundations (modelo de identidad, gobierno, capas semánticas, data products) y roadmaps de transformación
Traducir ambición de negocio en productos de datos y casos de uso accionables.
Acompañar a stakeholders C-Level en decisiones estratégicas.

¿Qué buscamos?

al menos 5 años de experiencia en estrategia de datos, consultoría o roles similares.
Conocimiento del ecosistema tecnológico de data (plataformas, BI, analítica, IA, gobierno del dato).
Capacidad para conectar negocio, tecnología y datos.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relación con cliente.
Experiencia liderando proyectos
Nivel alto de inglés (trabajo en entornos internacionales).
Perfil autónomo, estructurado, orientado a impacto y a resultados.
Perfil acostumbrado al desarrollo de documentos para cliente.
Curiosidad y criterio sobre IAG, agentes y automatización
