About the role
We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a UK Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team to help shape the future of living - one thoughtful detail at a time.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinate daily inbound, outbound, and return deliveries to ensure smooth operations and successful customer deliveries.
- Work closely with delivery partners, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve delivery delays, exceptions, or customer issues.
- Monitor shipment status and update customers or stakeholders when required.
- Handle operational support tasks using systems such as NetSuite, TMS, Gladly, and other internal tools.
- Support customers through email, phone calls, and ticketing systems with clear and professional communication.
- Assist with operational reporting, tracking, and administrative tasks.
- Support team projects and process improvements to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, customer service, supply chain, or related work environments.
- Comfortable coordinating with external vendors, delivery partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm in fast-paced situations.
- Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills.
- Comfortable using systems and operational tools such as TMS, WMS, ERP, or ticketing platforms.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks accurately.
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields is preferred
Working Hours:
This role supports the UK market and follows the below schedule:
- 1pm – 10pm MYT (Non-Daylight Savings)
- 2pm – 11pm MYT (Daylight Savings)
