Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance
Tax Accountants from large CPA firms with 3+ years of experience, including at least one busy season as a Senior Associate
Strong corporate compliance experience is required, while partnership experience is a plus
CPA or progression towards, preferred
Provision experience is required for Managers and above and encouraged for Senior Associate to Associate Manager
Strong computer desktop skills required. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., macros, pivot tables, etc.) desirable
Demonstrated career progression and job stability
