Overview

The Enterprise Partner Solutions (EPS) team is a sales organization accountable for the commercial business of partners with Microsoft Enterprise customers. Its mission is to build and sell Microsoft Cloud, AI and Agentic applications and services with partners, empowering people, and organizations to achieve more.

The Enterprise Partner Solutions (EPS) team is looking for a Segment Leader in Netherlands. As a key member of the Netherlands Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you are accountable for accelerating business growth and sales through the partner ecosystem and ISVs building pipeline, increasing partner-led consumption, and driving revenue across Intelligent Cloud, Agentic and Cyber Security. You will shape the country partner strategy and lead executive engagement with partners to capture a multi-million dollars market opportunity. The EPS Segment Leader plays a critical role in growing the world’s largest technology Partner ecosystem based on Microsoft’s Azure platform, Copilot and extended to unique applications through AI business solutions, Cloud and AI platform and Security. 

The EPS Segment Leader owns the partner growth strategy for the segment and is accountable for delivering measurable revenue impact through ISVs, Global System Integrators, and Enterprise Services partners. This role builds and executes the strategic partner plan, mobilizes cross‑Microsoft teams, and drives joint solution development, scalable go‑to‑market programs, and disciplined co‑sell execution. Success is measured by partner‑led pipeline, closed revenue, and the expansion of Microsoft’s differentiated ecosystem in the market.

Responsibilities
  • Organizational Leader - You will instill a culture of excellence in all business relationships and communications and deliver high performance and engagements with high integrity and respect for diverse experiences and capabilities. You will own the Executive Sponsorship program with partners and the local segment team, and the awards programs like the Partner of the Year Award or the EMEA Power Women Award.
  • Area Partner Sales Leader - Develops the Area Partner Plan based on Partner AI Transformation strategies and strong relationships with Sales leaders to accelerate the partner Co-Sell motion driving clear Segment seller accountability, with partner alignment in Account and Territory Planning and partner engagements across the AI Innovations and AI labs. You will own the execution and success of the Enterprise Partner Connect for pipeline building.
  • Strategic Partner – You will strategically partner with CEOs and be the executive sponsor of key business opportunities, practice building trends, and partner profitability - championing ways to innovate and expand the value of engagements. You will be the public voice for partners on GenAI, trusted cloud, secure future initiative and Microsoft AI cloud partner program.
  • Business Owner – You will lead a culture of accountability on core priorities within EPS and across Microsoft, to exceed targets; leveraging business management and reporting rhythms for ongoing feedback and coaching through challenges.


Qualifications

Required/ Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field with extensive enterprise sales leadership experience. Proven track record of leading high‑performing, quota‑carrying sales and technical sales organizations, coaching teams on complex solution selling, account strategy, and pipeline development, and consistently exceeding revenue targets. Demonstrated ability to drive large, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles through partner ecosystems and centralized marketing engines.
  • Experienced in global and area‑level business leadership, directing Sales, Customer, and Partner teams to grow technology solution practices and deliver market impact across cloud, AI, infrastructure platforms, and subscription-based services.
  • Deep understanding of partner-led sales models and differentiated partner business strategies in the enterprise market, including how digital transformation priorities—such as AI, agentic architectures, and cloud platforms—translate into partner solutions, scalable go‑to‑market motions, and revenue growth across the ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of building deep business relationships with C-suite and practice building executives of ISV, GSI & Enterprise Services Partners
  • Strong track record as an innovative business leader who has driven major strategic change initiatives and has executive gravitas, presence and credibility, including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • This role requires collaboration with local customers, therefore fluency in Dutch is preferred.
