- 大規模な建設現場の安全管理に関するコンサルティング業務
- 各種施設の建設現場におけるEHS監査業務
- 全衛生に関する検査および評価を実施し、改善提案の推進
- 技術報告書やその他の納品物を作成し、様々なステークホルダーへ情報共有
応募要件
- 土木・建設・設備管理領域において3年以上安全管理の実務経験のある方(5年以上歓迎)
- 大型建設プロジェクト(データセンター・再生可能エネルギー施設・工場など)の建設現場の経験者
- 日本語ネイティブレベル
- ビジネス基礎レベルの英語力(文書読解・レポート作成・基本的な会話)
- 週に2回程度現場勤務が可能な方

- 効果的な口頭および書面でのコミュニケーションスキルを有する方

ERM is currently hiring Construction EHS Consultants in the Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Osaka areas. This role involves providing EHS advisory services for large-scale construction projects such as data centers, renewable energy facilities, and manufacturing plants. In addition, you will conduct EHS audits at construction sites based on client requests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide EHS consulting services for large-scale construction projects.
- Conduct EHS audits at various construction sites.
- Perform health and safety inspections and evaluations, and drive improvement initiatives.
- Prepare technical reports and deliverables, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on safety management experience in civil engineering, construction, or facility management (5+ years preferred).
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects (e.g., data centers, renewable energy facilities, factories).
- Native-level Japanese proficiency.
- Basic business-level English (reading documentation, report writing, and simple conversations).
- Availability to work on-site approximately twice a week.
Preferred Skills and Attributes:
- Strong communication and presentation skills with external stakeholders.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- EHS-related certifications in the construction industry (e.g., First-Class Health Supervisor, Safety and Health Promoter).
- EHS experience in data centers, manufacturing, or semiconductor facilities.
- Experience participating in meetings or client interactions in English.
