The Role
Netflix is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a diverse group of leaders within our Manila hub. This role provides primary support to the Director, Finance Center of Excellence (COE), while providing shared support to the Director, Customer Service - APAC and the Director, Content Licensing - SEA.
This is not a traditional "gatekeeper" role. We are looking for a proactive partner who understands the business context of three distinct functions—Finance, Customer Service, and Content—while also serving as an operational anchor for the Manila office at large. You will be the connective tissue for these leaders and the broader site, ensuring their time is spent on the highest-leverage activities while maintaining a seamless connection between our Manila, regional and global US offices.
The Opportunity
You will manage the complex operational rhythm of a multi-functional leadership group. Your time will be weighted toward the Finance COE (approx. 50-60%), with the remainder dedicated to supporting our regional Customer Service and Content Licensing efforts—and to driving site-wide initiatives that keep the Manila office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management: You don't just book meetings—you understand the priority of the business. You'll proactively manage complex, multi-timezone calendars (UCAN, EMEA, LATAM & APAC), leveraging tools like Reclaim.ai for intelligent time-blocking, focus time, and meeting buffers. You'll stay ahead of conflicts, handle all meeting logistics (virtual links, room bookings), and ensure leaders are always prepared.
Travel & Expenses: You'll own end-to-end travel arrangements—flights, hotels, ground transport, visas, and POEA compliance—ensuring itineraries are confirmed and briefed at least 5 business days before departure. You'll also manage expense reporting accurately and on time, in strict compliance with Netflix's financial policies. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for Manila site administrative tasks, including local legal, tax, and finance coordination.
Meeting & Project: Support You'll drive meeting production from start to finish—agendas, pre-reads, presentations, and action items. You may also support ad-hoc projects like Finance all-hands, Content team sprints, or cross-functional initiatives across the three leadership teams.
Communication & Admin: You'll be the central point of contact—triaging inboxes, maintaining internal channels (Slack, Google Groups, Confluence), preparing correspondence, and handling reservations for business meals and gatherings. Sensitive information is always handled with discretion.
Manila Site-Wide Responsibilities: Beyond the three Directors, you'll serve as an operational resource for the entire Manila office—planning and executing site-wide events like town halls, all-hands, and team off-sites across all functions. You will also support Manila site administrative tasks, including local legal, tax, and finance-related filing & documentation that require cross-functional or external coordination.
Who You Are
You are a highly organized, self-directed professional with at least 5 years of experience supporting senior leaders—ideally in a tech or multinational environment. You thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation settings and bring a strong track record in calendar management, travel, logistics, and cross-functional coordination.

Tech-Savviness: You're an expert in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets), Slack, Navan, and Reclaim.ai—and you're always looking for smarter ways to work.
Global Perspective: You've worked across cultures and time zones and understand what it takes to support leaders in a global, matrixed organization.
Concise Communication: You communicate clearly and confidently in English, whether you're briefing an executive or coordinating with an external partner.

Logistics
Location: This role is based in our Makati office.
Work Arrangement: We follow a hybrid work model, generally involving three days per week in the office to foster collaboration and culture.
Flexibility: Given the global nature of our business, occasional flexibility for early morning or late evening calls is required to sync with our US and EMEA counterparts.
