- Support forecasting and workforce planning aligned to pipeline and revenue expectations
- Identify gaps and optimize deployment to improve efficiency and delivery outcomes
- Contribute to broader operational planning and decision-making across the platform
Data, Insights & Process Improvement
- Own and enhance staffing-related data, reporting, and tools
- Build dashboards and insights to support leadership decision-making
- Identify and implement improvements to staffing processes, systems, and ways of working

Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted partner to practice leaders, account leads, and team members on staffing and deployment decisions
- Build strong relationships across the business to understand evolving needs and priorities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and People teams to align on workforce planning and business objectives
Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives
- Support broader operational, commercial, or strategic initiatives as business needs evolve
- Act as a connective point across global S&C teams and other business segments and functions, helping drive alignment and consistency in how the business operates.
Basic Qualifications:

- Experience operating in fast-paced, client-driven environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with data to inform decisions
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations and translate them into actionable plans
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across seniority levels
