More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Standards and Regulations Manager for Asia in Shanghai with Signify.

The Standards & Regulations (S&R) department of Signify drives the standardization and regulatory activities for Signify to create maximum business value in line with our company's strategy and purpose.

As S&R Manager, you manage an S&R program supervising several projects in Greater China and other countries. You will cover a broad range of topics, including lighting standards and regulations, safety, sustainability, connectivity standards, AI, etc. You and your department will support our ambitions for brighter lives and a better world through influencing standards and regulations.

More about you

  • Experience in standard setting and regulatory processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership and network building skills, both in Chinese and English language
  • Ability to create business cases, shape and execute strategies with focus on business value
  • Project management, coaching, and people management skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new technical topics; experience in lighting industry is helpful but not stricty required
