Group Summary:

The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities:

Ability to read and understand blueprints/CAD drawings along with the ability to interpret the specs as well as GD & T call-outs.

· Experience in using various metrology equipment and calibrations thereof.

· CMM/programing experience is a must at an advanced level.

· Experience with PC-DMIS and associated programs such as Datapage/Dataview SPC softwares.

· Must possess excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word in Windows environment, (MS PowerPoint would be an asset).

· Previous experience with forklift operations is an asset.

· Ability to travel within and outside the U.S. when required.

· Past work experience related to this job.

· College degree required, minimum requirement is a 2-year technical degree.

· Minimum 4 years recent experience with a CMM, layout and measurement equipment, preferably in the automotive industry.
