As the market leader in ICS/OT Cybersecurity, we are dedicated to arming our customers with best-in-class technology, threat intelligence, and services to protect their systems as effectively and efficiently as possible. We’re a remote-first culture with operations in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. About the Role:

Our Customer Experience team is seeking a Senior Field Operations Engineer to support the planning, deployment, and optimization of the Dragos Platform within customer industrial environments. You will take ownership of deployments of moderate complexity while collaborating with senior engineers on more advanced architectures. This is an opportunity to deepen your ICS/OT cybersecurity expertise while making a measurable impact on customer security posture.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technical resource for customers, supporting effective adoption and use of the Dragos Platform within ICS/OT environments.
  • Lead standard and moderately complex platform deployments both onsite and remotely, partnering with customers to validate network architecture, plan sensor placement, and execute deployments.
  • Troubleshoot platform, networking, and integration issues.
  • Perform upgrades, patching, and configuration changes while escalating highly complex issues as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with Intelligence, Services, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams on investigations and technical initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by refining deployment methodologies, operational best practices, and maintaining clear, accurate technical documentation for customers and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in industrial engineering (e.g., controls engineer), IT, networking, or cybersecurity.
  • Working knowledge of ICS/OT environments and industrial protocols.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP networking, OSI model, Purdue model).
  • Strong Linux command-line experience; familiarity with scripting (Python or Shell) is preferred.
  • Experience supporting on-premise and/or cloud-based enterprise solutions.
  • Exposure to SIEM technologies and Elasticsearch is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • German language proficiency is preferred.

Compensation:

  • Salary: £67,000
  • Competitive Equity Package
  • Comprehensive Benefits Plan
